عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الرَّجُلُ يُوصِي لِلرَّجُلِ فَيَمُوتُ الَّذِي أَوْصَى لَهُ، فَيَعْلَمُ ذَلِكَ الْمُوصِي بِمَوْتِهِ فَلَا يُحَدِّثُ فِيمَا أَوْصَى لَهُ بِهِ شَيْئًا، قَالَ: ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ الْمُوصِي، قَالَ: " فَالْوَصِيَّةُ لِأَهْلِ الْمُوصَى لَهُ "، قُلْتُ... يُعْلِمُونَهُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا
