أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَوْصَى فِي غَيْرِ أَقَارِبِهِ بِالثُّلُثِ جَازَ لَهُمْ ثُلُثُ الثُّلُثِ وَرُدَّ عَلَى قَرَابَتِهِ ثُلُثَا الثُّلُثِ
