عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: حُرٌّ تَزَوَّجَ أَمَةً لِي فَحَمَلَتْ فَأَعْتَقْتُ وَلَدَهَا فِي بَطْنِهَا لِمَنْ وَلَاؤُهُ ؟ قَالَ: " لِلَّذِي أَعْتَقَهُ وَلَكِنْ مِيرَاثُهُ لِأَبِيهِ
