قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الْمَرْأَةُ ذَاتُ الْوَلَدِ الذُّكُورِ مَنْ يَعْقِلُ عَنْهَا ؟ قَالَ: " عَصَبَتُهَا " قُلْتُ: وَيَرِثُهَا وَلَدُهَا الذُّكُورُ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ
