عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً عَنْ رَجُلٍ نَذَرَ جِوَارًا أَوْ مَشْيًا فَمَاتَ، وَلَمْ يُنْفِذْهُ، قَالَ: " فَيُنْفِذُهُ عَنْهُ وَلِيُّهُ، قُلْتُ: فَغَيْرُهُ مِنْ ذَوِي قَرَابَتِهِ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ، وَأَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ الْأَوْلِيَاءُ
