عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ:
فَنَذَرَ لَيَطُوفَنَّ مُغْمِضًا أَيُقَادُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا يَفْعَلُ وَلَا يُكَفِّرُ، قُلْتُ: فَرَجُلٌ نَذَرَ لَيَمْشِيَنَّ فِي عُمْرَةٍ لَيْسَ عَلَى ظَهْرِهِ ثَوْبٌ ؟ قَالَ: " لِيَلْبَسْ "، قُلْتُ: أَوْ حَافِيًا ؟ قَالَ: " لِيَنْتَعِلْ، ثُمَّ لِيَذْبَحْ أَوْ لِيَصُمْ "، قُلْتُ لَهُ: فَرَجُلٌ نَذَرَ لَيُزِيرَنَّ نَاقَتَهُ الْبَيْتَ ؟ قَالَ: " لِيَفْعَلْ، لِيَعْقِرْهَا، حَاجًّا أَوْ مُعْتَمِرًا "، فَرَادَدْتُهُ فِيهَا، فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: أَتَزُورُ الْإِبِلُ الْبَيْتَ، فَأَبَى إِلَّا ذَلِكَ مَرَّتَيْنِ
