الْمُكَاتَبُ إِنْ كَفَلَ سَيِّدُهُ بِكِتَابَتِهِ، فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ، لَيْسَتْ هَذِهِ بِكَفَالَةٍ، لِأَنَّهُ عَبْدُهُ
