أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
لَوْ قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِرَجُلٍ: أَعْتِقْ غُلَامَكَ هَذَا وَعَلَيَّ ثَمَنُهُ قَالَ: " هَذَا جَائِزٌ، وَوَلَاؤُهُ لِسَيِّدِهِ كَمَا أَعْتَقَهُ، وَعَلَى الْحَمِيلِ مَا تَحَمَّلَ
