عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي مُكَاتَبٍ كَاتَبَ عَلَى أَلْفِ دِرْهَمٍ فَكَاتَبَ الْمُكَاتَبُ عَبْدًا لَهُ عَلَى أَلْفَيْنِ، فَأَدَّى صَاحِبُ الْأَلْفِ خَمْسَمِائَةٍ، وَأَدَّى صَاحِبُ الْأَلْفَيْنِ أَلْفًا، ثُمَّ مَاتَ الْأَوَّلُ، قَالَ: " يَصِيرُ مَا عَلَى الْبَاقِي لِلسَّيِّدِ، وَلَيْسَ لِوَرَثَةِ الْأَوَّلِ شَيْءٌ
