عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: كَانَ لِمُكَاتَبٍ عَبْدٌ فَكَاتَبَهُ، فَعَتَقَ عَبْدُ الْعَبْدِ، ثُمَّ مَاتَ، لِمَنْ مِيرَاثُهُ ؟ قَالَ: كَانَ مَنْ قَبْلَكُمْ يَقُولُونَ: " هُوَ لِلَّذِي كَاتَبَهُ، يَسْتَعِينُ بِهِ فِي كِتَابَتِهِ
