عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ كَاتَبَ عَبْدًا لَهُ عَلَى أَلْفَيْنِ، وَكَاتَبَ الْعَبْدُ عَبْدًا لَهُ عَلَى أَلْفَيْنِ، فَمَاتَ مُكَاتَبُ الْمُكَاتَبِ، وَتَرَكَ أَرْبَعَةَ آلَافٍ، قَالَ: يَأْخُذُ الْمُكَاتَبُ الْأَلْفَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ كَاتَبَ عَلَيْهَا، وَيَكُونُ مَا بَقِيَ لِلسَّيِّدِ
