عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ كَاتَبَ عَبْدَهُ عَلَى أَلْفِ دِرْهَمٍ، فَقَاطَعَهُ عَلَى خَمْسِمِائَةٍ قَالَ: " إِنْ عَجَزَ مِنَ الْخَمْسِمِائَةِ صَارَ عَبْدًا، وَإِذَا شَهِدَ وَهُوَ يَسْعَى فَشَهَادَتُهُ جَائِزَةٌ
