عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَصْحَابُنَا:
جِنَايَةُ الْمُكَاتَبِ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ كَمَا إِذَا أُصِيبَ بِشَيْءٍ كَانَ لَهُ، وَإِنْ جُرِحَ جِرَاحَةً فَهِيَ عَلَيْهِ فِي قِيمَتِهِ، لَا تُجَاوِزُ قِيمَتَهُ
