أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَتَلَ الْمُكَاتَبُ رَجُلًا خَطَأً، فَإِنَّهُ تَكُونُ كِتَابَتُهُ وَوَلَاؤُهُ إِلَى الْمَقْتُولِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَفْتَدِيَهُ مَوْلَاهُ
