عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ كَانَ سَيِّدُهُ قَدْ عَلِمَ بِوَلَدِ الْعَبْدِ فَلَمْ يَذْكُرْهُ السَّيِّدُ، وَلَا الْعَبْدُ عِنْدَ الْمُكَاتَبِ [١]قَالَ: " فَلَيْسَ فِي كِتَابَتِهِ، هُوَ مَالُ سَيِّدِهِمَا " وَقَالَهَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، وَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ بِهِ السَّيِّدُ، وَأُمُّ الْوَلَدِ فِي كِتَابَتِهِ قَالَ: " هُمْ عَبِيدٌ
