أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُكَاتِبُ عَبْدًا لَهُ وَلَهُ وَلَدٌ مِنْ أَمَتِهِ وَلَمْ يَعْلَمِ السَّيِّدُ، وَأُمُّ الْوَلَدِ فِي كِتَابَتِهِ قَالَ: " إِنَّمَا كَاتَبَ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ، فَوَلَدُهُ مِنْ مَالِهِ ".
