أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ إِلَّا فِي السَّفَرِ، وَلَا تَجُوزُ فِي السَّفَرِ إِلَّا فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ
