أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: قَالَ سُفْيَانُ
فِي رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ مَالًا، فَجَاءَ نَصْرَانِيٌّ فَقَالَ: هُوَ أَبِي مَاتَ نَصْرَانِيًّا، وَجَاءَ مُسْلِمٌ، فَقَالَ: هُوَ أَبِي مَاتَ مُسْلِمًا قَالَ: " إِنَّمَا يَدَّعِيَانِ الْمَالَ فَالْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ، فَأَمَّا الصَّلَاةُ عَلَيْهِ وَالدَّفْنُ فَهُوَ مَعَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِذَا لَمْ تَقُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ
