أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
تَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُمْ إِلَّا فِي حَدٍّ، إِذَا أَسْلَمَ النَّصْرَانِيُّ، أَوْ أُعْتِقَ الْمَمْلُوكُ، أَوْ بَلَغَ الصَّبِيُّ
