أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ،
فِي مَمْلُوكٍ يَشْهَدُ وَهُوَ مَمْلُوكٌ، فَيُرَدُّ عِنْدَ الْقَاضِي، ثُمَّ يُعْتَقُ، فَيَشْهَدُ بِهَا، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو بِسْطَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ: لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُ، وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: " تَجُوزُ "، " وَهُوَ أَحَبُّ إِلَى سُفْيَانَ، وَكَذَلِكَ الصَّبِيُّ، وَالنَّصْرَانِيُّ
