أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَقَتَادَةَ، قَالَا:
إِذَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ شَهَادَةٌ، أَوْ عِنْدَ عَبْدٍ، أَوْ صَبِيٍّ، فَقَامَ بِهَا بَعْدَ أَنْ أَسْلَمَ النَّصْرَانِيُّ، أَوْ أُعْتِقَ الْعَبْدُ، أَوْ بَلَغَ الصَّبِيُّ جَازَتْ شَهَادَتُهُمْ، وَإِنْ كَانَ قَامَ بِهَا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ، فَرُدَّتْ، لَمْ تَجُزْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ
