أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةٌ عَلَى شَهَادَةٍ فِي حَدٍّ، وَلَا تَكَفُّلٌ فِي حَدٍّ.
