أَبْطَلَ الْقُضَاةُ شَهَادَةَ الْمَوْتَى، إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ طَالِبُ الْحَقِّ بِشُهَدَاءَ عَلَى شَهَادَةِ الْمَوْتَى.
