أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:
تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ الرَّجُلِ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ فِي الْحُقُوقِ، وَيَقُولُ شُرَيْحٌ لِلشَّاهِدِ: " قُلْ: أَشْهَدَنِي ذُو عَدْلٍ ".
