أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّسَاءِ مَعَ الرِّجَالِ فِي النِّكَاحِ وَالطَّلَاقِ.
