أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَالزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَا:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّسَاءِ فِي حَدٍّ وَلَا طَلَاقٍ، وَلَا نِكَاحٍ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مَعَهُنَّ رَجُلٌ.
