أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ،
أَنَّ رَجُلًا شَهِدَ عِنْدَ شُرَيْحٍ فَقَضَى لِصَاحِبِهِ، فَقَضَى [١]الَّذِي قُضِيَ عَلَيْهِ لِيُفْهِمَ الْقَاضِيَ، فَاجْتَبَذَهُ الشَّاهِدُ فَأَبْطَلَ شُرَيْحٌ شَهَادَتَهُ ".
