أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: كَانَ يَقُولُ:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ مُتَّهَمٍ، وَلَا ظَنِينٍ فِي طَلَاقٍ.
