أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
اخْتُصِمَ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فِي رَجُلٍ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَعَلَى الْعَبْدِ دَيْنٌ، فَقَالَ لَهُ: بَاعَنِي هَذَا عَبْدًا وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ، فَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: بِعْتُهُ وَلَا أَشْعُرُ بِدَيْنِهِ، وَإِنَّمَا أُخَيِّرُهُ، فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: " أَرَى أَخَاكَ قَدْ خَيَّرَكَ
