أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا رَجُلٌ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ،
فِي رَجُلَيْنِ ادَّعَيَا مَالًا، فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: لِي ثُلُثَاهُ، وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: لِي نِصْفُهُ. قَالَ: " لِصَاحِبِ الثُّلُثَيْنِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِصَاحِبِ النِّصْفِ الثُّلُثُ، وَيَقْتَسِمَانِ مَا بَقِيَ بَيْنَهُمَا
