أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
فِي الدَّابَّةِ يَأْتِي هَذَا بِالشُّهَدَاءِ عَلَيْهَا، وَيَأْتِي هَذَا بِالشُّهَدَاءِ: إِنَّهَا لِلَّذِي هِيَ عِنْدَهُ. قَالَ: قُلْنَا: " هَلْ ذَكَرَ إِنِ اسْتَوُوا فِي الْعِدَّةِ وَالْعَدْلِ ؟ " قَالَ: لَا، إِلَّا كَذَلِكَ، كَمَا أَخْبَرَنَا قَالَ: " فَلَا أَعْلَمُ أَنَا عَطَاءً إِلَّا قَالَ لِي: إِذَا كَانُوا فِي الْعَدْلِ سَوَاءً، فَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ إِلَّا إِذَا شَكَّ ".
