✧ Concerning Two Men Who Both Claim the Goods, Each of Them Produces Evidence

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،
فِي الرَّجُلَيْنِ ادَّعَيَا دَابَّةً فَأَقَامَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةً أَنَّهَا دَابَّتُهُ قَالَ: " هِيَ لِلَّذِي فِي يَدِهِ، أَوْ قَالَ: مَنْ أَقَرَّ بِشَيْءٍ فِي يَدَيْهِ فَالْقَوْلُ قَوْلُهُ ".
