أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ: سَلَّفْتُكَ دِينَارًا، وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: بَلْ وَهَبْتَهُ لِي، قَالَ: هُوَ سَلَفٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الْآخَرُ بِبَيِّنَةٍ أَنَّهُ وَهَبَهُ لَهُ
