أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الْبَائِعَانِ فِي الْبَيْعِ حَلَفَا جَمِيعًا، فَإِنْ حَلَفَا رُدَّ الْبَيْعُ، وَإِنْ نَكَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا وَحَلَفَ الْآخَرُ فَهُوَ لِلَّذِي حَلَفَ، وَإِنْ نَكَلَا رُدَّ الْبَيْعُ ".
