أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى سِلْعَةً فَاخْتَلَفَا وَقَدْ هَلَكَتِ السِّلْعَةُ، قَالَ: " بَيِّنَةُ الْبَائِعِ، أَوْ يَمِينُ الْمُشْتَرِي، فَإِنْ كَانَتِ السِّلْعَةُ بِعَيْنِهَا، اسْتُحْلِفَا وَرُدَّ الْبَيْعُ
