أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
بَيْعُ الْمُفَلَّسِ، وَابْتِيَاعُهُ جَائِزٌ، مَا لَمْ يُفَلِّسْهُ السُّلْطَانُ، فَإِنِ ادَّانَ الْمَحْجُورُ عَلَيْهِ، جَازَ مَا ادَّانَ وَمَا صَنَعَ، يَقُولُ: لَا يُحْجَرُ عَلَى مُسْلِمٍ
