أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَارَضَ رَجُلًا، فَابْتَاعَ مَتَاعًا، فَوَضَعَهُ فِي الْبَيْتِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ لِصَاحِبِ الْمَالِ: ايتِنِي غَدًا. فَجَاءَ السَّارِقُ فَسَرَقَ الْمَتَاعَ - قَالَ: " يَأْخُذُ صَاحِبُ الْمُقَارَضَ، وَيَأْخُذُ الْمُقَارَضُ صَاحِبَ الْمَالِ
