أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَارَضَ رَجُلًا عَلَى الشَّطْرِ، ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ ذَلِكَ فَقَارَضَ آخَرَ عَلَى الرُّبُعِ - قَالَ: " لَا يَدْفَعُهُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ، وَإِلَّا ضَمِنَ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَقُولَ لَهُ: اعْمَلْ فِيهِ بِمَا أَرَاكَ اللهُ، فَقَدْ أَذِنَ لَهُ حِينَئِذٍ
