أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا قَالَ:
سُئِلَ الشَّعْبِيُّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ ارْتَهَنَ جَارِيَةً، فَأَرْضَعَتْ لَهُ - قَالَ: يَغْرَمُ " لِصَاحِبِ الْجَارِيَةِ قِيمَةَ رَضَاعِ اللَّبَنِ
