أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ:
وَسُئِلَ قَتَادَةُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ ارْتَهَنَ وَلِيدَةً - قَالَ: " لَا يُصِيبُهَا. قُلْتُ لَهُ: فَأَبَقَتْ مِنَ الَّذِي ارْتَهَنَهَا إِلَى سَيِّدِهَا، فَأَصَابَهَا، فَحَمَلَتْ - قَالَ: " تُبَاعُ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِسَيِّدِهَا مَالٌ ". قَالَ: " وَيَفْتَكُّ وَلَدَهُ ".
