أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
قَالَ فِي الرَّهْنِ: " إِذَا كَانَ أَكْثَرَ، ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ - ذَهَبَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِقَدْرِ مَا ذَهَبَ مِنَ الرَّهْنِ، وَإِذَا كَانَ الْحَقُّ أَكْثَرَ ذَهَبَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ الَّذِي ذَهَبَ مِنَ الرَّهْنِ
