أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَبَضَ الْمُرْتَهِنُ، ثُمَّ مَاتَ الرَّاهِنُ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ - فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ
