أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَسْلَفَ رَجُلًا دِينَارَيْنِ فِي حُلَّةٍ بِذَرْعٍ مَعْلُومٍ، فَجَاءَ بِأَحَدِ الدِّينَارَيْنِ زَائِفًا - قَالَ: " يَرُدُّ الْبَيْعَ، وَلَوْ كَانَ طَعَامًا حَسُنَ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ بَعْضَهُ وَيَدَعَ بَعْضَهُ. وَإِذَا سَلَّفْتَ دَرَاهِمَ فِي شَيْءٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ، فَكَانَ فِي دَرَاهِمِكَ زَائِفٌ - رُدَّتْ عَلَيْكَ، وَسَقَطَ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ بِقَدْرِ مَا رُدَّ عَلَيْكَ بِحِسَابِ ذَلِكَ، وَكَانَ مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الدَّرَاهِمِ الطَّيِّبَةِ عَلَى حِسَابِ مَا سَلَّفْتَ فِيهِ
