أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ سَلَّفَ رَجُلًا دِينَارًا أَوْ دَرَاهِمَ فِي طَعَامٍ، فَوَجَدَ الدَّرَاهِمَ زُيُوفًا - قَالَ: " الْبَيْعُ فَاسِدٌ، وَإِنْ سَلَّفْتَ رَجُلًا عَشَرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ فِي فَرَقَيْنِ: حِنْطَةٍ وَشَعِيرٍ، فَوَجَدَ خَمْسَةً زُيُوفًا، - فَالْبَيْعُ فَاسِدٌ؛ لِأَنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي الشَّعِيرُ هِيَ أَمِ الْحِنْطَةُ ؟ فَإِنْ فَرَّقَهُمَا؛ خَمْسَةً فِي بُرٍّ، وَخَمْسَةً فِي شَعِيرٍ، فَوَجَدَ فِيهَا زُيُوفًا - رَدَّ الَّذِي وَجَدَ لَهُ الزُّيُوفَ
