أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
اخْتُصِمَ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فِي رَجُلٍ سَاوَمَ بِقَوْسٍ عَلَى أَنْ يَنْزِعَ، فَنَزَعَ بِهَا، فَانْكَسَرَتْ، فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: " مَنْ كَسَرَ عُودًا فَهُوَ لَهُ، وَعَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهُ ". قَالَ: إِنَّ صَاحِبَهَا قَدْ أَذِنَ ! فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: " إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْذَنَ
