أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ: اسْتَوْدَعْتُكَ هَذَا الثَّوْبَ، قَالَ: صَدَقْتَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدُ: إِنَّمَا اسْتَوْدَعَنِيهِ رَجُلٌ آخَرُ - قَالَ: " الثَّوْبُ هُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ، وَيَغْرَمُ لِلْآخَرِ ثَوْبًا
