أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ عَلَى صَاحِبِ الْعَارِيَةِ ضَمَانٌ، وَلَا عَلَى صَاحِبِ الْوَدِيعَةِ ضَمَانٌ، إِلَّا أَنْ يُخَالِفَا
