أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: قَالَ سُفْيَانُ
فِي عَبْدٍ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ اشْتَرَى أَحَدُهُمَا مِنْ صَاحِبِهِ، ثُمَّ وَجَدَ بِهِ عَيْبًا، قَالَ: " لَهُ الْعُهْدَةُ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ "، يَقُولُ: " يَرُدُّهُ إِنْ شَاءَ
