أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا أُعْتِقَ الْعَبْدُ، أَوْ كَاتَبَ - فَالْمَالُ لِلْعَبْدِ.
