أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ لِلْأَعْرَابِيِّ شُفْعَةٌ وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: " لَهُ الشُّفْعَةُ "
